The Fantastic View: I couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped onto the private terrace overlooking the valley of Bunutan. It was like a breathtaking painting came to life, with the hills and the coast of Amed stretching out before me. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the natural beauty.
Unprofessional Behavior: There was a minor issue with the staff's behavior during my stay. They seemed to forget that they were at work, indulging in activities like late-night pool volleyball with friends from the village.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bali that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail that the hotel provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was a major highlight. Situated between two beautiful snorkeling beaches, it was the perfect spot for those looking to explore the stunning underwater world. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, and I appreciated the effort to spruce up the rooms to match the lovely bedroom décor. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast served each morning!
Only one small area of improvement could be the shower head and tiles in the bathroom, but this didn't affect my overall experience.

The resort is in a quiet and relaxing spot, perfect for adults like us who just wanted to chill out. The facilities were great, especially the pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that the resort is close to Jemeluk Viewpoint and Amed, two must-visit spots on the Eastern coast of Bali. And guess what? Sahera Resort is a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center, so we had a blast diving with them! It's the perfect base to experience all that Bali has to offer. Highly recommended!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be more late-night fun for young party-goers like us. The resort had a peaceful vibe, which is great for those seeking relaxation, but as teenagers, we would have loved some more lively activities or a nearby party scene.

I loved how close this hotel was to multiple beaches that were perfect for snorkeling. The pool was also a great facility, very clean and refreshing. The restaurant Joli Best View Cafe had fantastic food and amazing views of Amed beach and the sunset. The staff was always smiling and helpful, even helping me book a cheaper boat ticket to Gili islands.
Nothing all excellent.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and was pleased with the room service, business center, and currency exchange provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated conference room or meeting space within the hotel premises.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The pool area was gorgeous, with plenty of seating and crystal clear water. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. The spacious room had a balcony with stunning mountain views, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and a beach a short stroll away.
The bathroom, which could use some sprucing up. The tiles and shower head were a bit dated, but this was a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall great experience.

The pool area was really nice and well, maintained, perfect for relaxing. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. the hotel was conveniently located near nice restaurants, and a scooter rental was available for getting around. Overall a pleasant stay!
The bathroom could use some updates and cleaning, as the drain smelled unpleasant after using the shower. the door was a bit difficult to lock, making us feel a little uneasy about security.
